Fukuoka City requires payment of accommodation tax (200 yen per person per night). This is not included in the room rate at the time of reservation. Please make sure to pay it at the hotel upon check-in.

▶Cleaning, towel change, and amenities

・No cleaning service during your stay. Please bring your own cleaning supplies if you need them.

・One set of towels and toothbrush is provided in the room for each person. No exchanging free of charge. If you need additional towels, please use the in-room washing machine and bathroom dryer (free of charge).

・Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are prepared in the shower room.

▶I want to change my reservation.

The hotel is unable to make any changes to reservations. Please make changes yourself from the reservation site or contact them by yourself.

▶Can I leave my luggage at the hotel?

As the front desk is unmanned, we cannot keep your luggage before check-in or after check-out. Please use the coin-paid lockers or luggage storage services in the stations nearby.

How to get to the hotel from Fukuoka Airport
